Duckling Brooder
Last week we made a duckling brooder to care for 5 of our school ducklings. They liked it but decided to go back to their mummy after a day in the classroom!
Kahikatea
On Friday afternoon we decided to work up at Kahikatea. It was a really relaxing and peaceful way to finish of the week.
Music with Jade
We had awesome fun this week playing all of the different instruments Jade brought in for us to try. It was great fun, thanks again Jade.
Kerikeri Garden Safari
Scout Arrowsmith and her Friend Sylvie from Paparore School did a fantastic job of raising $300 this weekend selling bee towels, honey and beeswax wraps. Great works girls!
Duck Feeder Prototype 2
On Friday for Enviro Day, the maintenance group worked together to create an improved duckfeeder that can hold more food and therefore not need filling so often. With the school holidays coming up we hope to only have to refill it a couple of times.

Enviro Day
Term 3
Today we did a bit of general maintenance. We laid 40 concrete slabs to make access to Kahikatea easier. We also cleared the burn pile in the orchard and moved all of the fire wood on the school field!
