School Lunches
Rōpū Ngaio have been looking at the waste generated by our school lunches. After surveying the students we interpreted the data and discovered that only approximately 1/3 of students actually eat the yogurts that cause the most issues in our landfills. We think that the people that eat the yoghurt consume quite a lot and take spares home. This could be disguising the low number of yoghurt eaters.
